The Duke of Edinburgh is a club at NDHS that provides the opportunity for students to develop a wide variety of skills and habits to become a well rounded global citizen.  

The club participates in several outdoor excursions (canoeing, hiking, camping) over the course of the year.  Student may enroll in the Duke of Edinburgh Program, which allows them to achieve recognition for their commitment to excellence in the form of Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards.  The Gold award is presented by a representative of the Royal Family.
